Matte Top Gel by Presto is a cult classic for a reason. It’s long-lasting, smooth, parchment texture finish protects from both discoloration and the wear and tear of daily life. Matte Top Gel works beautifully with nail art inks as well as our Soft Fade Gradient Palettes.

• Please note, this product has an inhibition layer that must be removed (we recommend 90% or higher Isopropyl Alcohol for this) to reveal the matte finish.

Manufacturer’s curing guidelines: 20 seconds for LED lamp and 120 seconds for UV lamp (36 Watts)
